After reaching the pinnacle of his career and experiencing exhaustion and burnout, Jeremy found a new mission: helping build transformed leaders and thriving cultures. Jeremy completed a Doctorate in Executive Leadership and combined expert wisdom from a variety of disciplines to form Recreate - a transformation company focused on optimizing business, team, and leader performance.

Jeremy Bedenbaugh has worked a variety of fields, from the CEO and senior pastor of a large church to launching nonprofit organizations to designing alternative investment funds to the VFO of a technology company to visiting professor at multiple schools. Over the past 18 years, he’s helped hundreds of leaders across dozens of fields gain self-awareness, build world-class teams, and create thriving cultures in their organizations.
